We try our best to meet the needs of all of our patients. We are a busy family practice, and to keep the clinic running smoothly we have some standard policies.

Prescription refills
We are not able to refill prescriptions by phone or fax. Please book an appointment with your physician for refills of medications.
Uninsured services
There are some services that are not covered by Medical Services Plan (MSP). For example: forms, driver’s medical exams and cosmetic procedures. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheques, debit, Mastercard, and Visa.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There will be a fee for missed appointments. Please note that appointments cannot be cancelled by email.
Lab results
Our staff are unable to provide lab results over the phone. We will contact you with abnormal results. It can take up to 10 days for our office to receive results. Please book an appointment with your physician if you would like to discuss your test results.
